Flag of a territory which was part of France's colonial possessions in West Africa. The French tricolor defaced with a native Kanaga mask https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanaga_mask had its colors to the Pan-African green, gold and red in 1959 after independence and finally losing the charge in 1960 when the area became the Republic of Mali.
