Notes

The Most Serene House of Braganza (in Portuguese: "Sereníssima Casa de Bragança") was the Royal House of Portugal from 1641 to 1910. The House of Braganza has a Brazilian branch, The House of Orléans-Braganza (Casa de Orleans e Bragança), which was the Imperial House of Brazil from 1822 to 1889. There were another branch, The House of Bourbon-Braganza (in Spanish: Casa de Borbón-Braganza; in Portuguese: Casa de Bourbon-Bragança), an Iberian noble house founded in 1785 and dissolved in 2008.
