Proposal for a better flag of Delaware. The colors are the state colors of Delaware, while the Nordic Cross in these colors recalls the flag of Sweden (the first European power to have a colony in the area and whose flag is the basis of the flag of Wilmington, Delaware's largest city). The single star in the canton reflects Delaware's status as the "First State".
