In the first of our regular series that looks at Heraldry as a still relevant topic today we look at the story of the Town Council of Pershore (pop. 8,500) spending tax payer's money to buy back the right to use its Coat of Arms.
How would you feel if this was your town? Good value, or a waste of money in these difficult times?
Is town’s old coat of arms worth £2,500?
