Compartment

The compartment is an object at the bottom of the arms upon which the other elements appear to rest. Only one compartment is allowed within an achievement (although you can "nest" achievements). You can specify them using, for example:
a compartment of a shelf vert
All compartments have a default colour but this can be overridden with any simple heraldic tincture.
The compartment can be adjusted using the Artist Hints which must follow it immediately.
