COOKS, The Worshipful Company of (London). (Incorporated nth July 1482.) Argent, a chevron engrailed gules between three columbines proper, stalked and leaved vert. Crest — On a wreath of the colours, a mount vert, thereon a cock pheasant proper. Supporters — (Dexter) a buck proper, attired or, (sinister) a hind proper, each pierced in the shoulder with an arrow or. Motto — " Vulnerati non victi."
