Or, on a cross gules, a tower proper, on a chief argent, the representation of the entrance to the harbour and a ship with three masts sailing in, all also proper Crest — On a wreath of the colours, a lighthouse standing on a rock proper. Supporters — Two dragons with wings expanded proper, each charged on the shoulder with a tower, also proper. Motto — " In Portu quies."
