I noticed that when the "Web Named" color option is selected, "Azure" comes out "Argent"

Not quite - there is already a named web colour "azure", which is a very pale blue. Since named colours take precedence, this is what you get. To force the heraldic colour use "heraldic azure" (full discussion here https://drawshield.net/user-guide/extensions/extra-colours.html )
