Blazon

    quarterly, first sable a lion rampant or armed and
 langued gules, second per fess dancetty gules and
 argent, third argent a panther rampant azure armed
 or inflamed gules, fourth or three lions passant guardant
 sable armed and langued gules in pale, over all quarterings
 an escutcheon fusily in bend argent and azure

Notes

the panther should be LANGUED gules, not inflamed gules, but the site does not have an option for a panther rampant which isn't inflamed
