    Per pale, the first bendy sinister of five argent and
 azure, the second bleu celeste, a trimount tenne,
 a palm tree proper; crest a phrygian cap gules charged
 with a mullet of five points argent, supporters two
 palm leaves vert.

I removed the chief because that doesn't work on DrawShield, and replaced the oak and laurel branches with palm leaves due to their resemblance.
