Over all parts in dexter chief a sun in his splendour
or rotated dexter much larger, much higher and very
much to the dexter slightly to the dexter;
in sinister chief a moon increscent arg, rotated sinister
much higher and very much to the sinister slightly
to the sinister

A fictional design inspired by the CoA of the city of Timisoara/Temesvár/Temeschwar in Transsylvania. The middle chief shows a stylized eagle of the holy roman empire, as the region was under Hungarian and later Austrian rule for several centuries
