    Azure three moon crescent in fess very much raised
 and three moon crescent inverted in fess very much
 lowered much lowered  argent a tierce gules fimbriated
 sable and a fess engrailed gules fimbriated sable,
 a tierce gules, and on a fess engrailed gules three
 annulets smaller sable

Notes

Sorry for the ugly blazon! Fimbriating two ordinaries together requires one to be redrawn on top, but this thins the fimbriation on that one, requiring the second to be redrawn to even the thickness overall. My simplified blazon to be used elsewhere would be: Azure a tierce and engrailed fess both gules and fimbriated sable, in fess three annulets sable, in sinister chief two crescents argent, and in sinister base two more inverted.
