Starke man is a political satire TV series, which follows the work of the mayor (kommunalråd) of Svinarp, Lars-Göran Bengtsson. Svinarp is a fictional rural municipality in Scania in Sweden. The arms of Svinarp can be blazoned as "Or, a pig passant Gules". They are used as shield-shaped table flags. The arms are canting, as "svin" is a Swedish word for "pig", while the tinctures are the same as in the arms (and flag) of Scania.
