This coat of arms was granted in 2023 by the Canadian Heraldic Authority to the cave explorer Christian Stenner. The compass rose represents exploration, the greyhound symbolizes his love of animals, and the edelweiss stands for the mountains and for his German and Austrian heritage. More information about the original arms can be found at the Governor General of Canada's website. I labeled this submission as a middle coat of arms because it includes the escutcheon and crest but omits the three medals below the shield (the Canadian Forces Decoration, Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, I believe). I could not find an easy way to create them, but I would love to revisit this if it were made possible to apply artists' notes to supporters behind charged with ordinaries. -Ae1
