Notes

The official blazon is "Or a fouled anchor bendwise sinister, on a chief wavy Azure two wings conjoined in fess Or." The anchor was used by the predecessors of the Port Authority's Enforcement Officers, and the wings allude to the Port Authority's mandate in law enforcement at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. The wavy division symbolizes the harbour area, and blue and gold are the colors of the city's official arms.
