Check out this interesting grant by the College of Arms to John PENDLEBURY. The counterchanged overlapping lozenges isn't something I see often, and they create a nice effect.
Arms: Quarterly Argent and Sable two Lozenges the one surmounting the other in fess throughout counterchanged each charged with two Roses in pale that in the Sable Argent that in the Argent Sable all barbed and seeded Or.
Crest: On a Helm with a Wreath Argent and Sable Statant upon a Rocky Mount proper within a Stockade of Wooden Piles Or an Elephant reguardant Argent tusked Or supporting with the trunk a Flagstaff Or flying therefrom a Banner of the Arms.
