The blazon is not specified, and here is the shortest I could make it: Sable, a cross engrailed Argent catonned by four eagles displayed and charged with five lions passant gardant counterchanged.

Note that I used the unorthodox 'cantoned' - how would you blazon this in a more orthodox manner?
