Per fesse azure and argent, in chief a naval crown encircled by two branches of oak in saltire slipped or, and in base a ship in frame proper, and for the Crest — On a naval crown or, an anchor between two dolphins haurient heads downwards and respecting each other proper. Motto — " Prorsum semper honeste."
Granted 6th November 1876.
