LANARK (Lanarkshire). Has not matriculated any armorial bearings. Those in in use are as follows : — Argent, an eagle with two heads displayed sable, beaked and membered gules, a bell azure pendent from the dexter leg by a string of the last, in chief two lions counter-passant of the third, and in base as many salmon naiant from the centre.
