LAUNCESTON or DUNHEVED ("The Swelling Hill"), in the County of Cornwall. Gules, a triple circular tower in a pyramidical form or, all within a bordure azure charged with eight towers domed of the second. Crest — In a ducal coronet or, a lion's head gules, between two ostrich feathers argent. Badge — A keep or castle gold.
