MAROS VAZARHELY (A Royal Free Town in the Hungarian Countship of Maros-Torda in Transylvania). Azure, an arm in armour embowed fesswise and couped at the shoulder, brandishing a sword all proper, on which are transfixed the heart gules, and the head of a bear erased sable. (This peculiar device is taken from the old escutcheon of the Szekler-Nation). The shield is surmounted by a golden crown.
