" General Armory " : — " An a fesse dancettde betw. in chief three cross crosslets fitchee sa., and in base a lifeboat with men, sky, and sea all ppr. Crest— K serpent ppr. entwined about a cross crosslet fitchee sa. Motto — ' Salus populi.
