Notes

I tried to incorporate the Cross of Saint David into the Union Flag to represent Wales. The sa fimbriation is simply meant to show the black of said cross and should be thinner. I'm not sure what the rules of fimbriation are supposed to be on the Union Flag the general idea would be something like this.
