Quarterly 1st azure three crowns or shown higher and to the dexter, 2nd bendy wavy sinister argent and azure a lion or crowned of the same tongued and armed gules shown higher and to the sinister, 3rd bendy wavy sinister argent and azure a lion or crowned of the same tongued and armed gules, 4th azure three crowns or, over all quarters a fillet cross or. An escutcheon tierced in bend gules argent and azure a garb or shown higher (which is for Vasa), impaled with azure a bridge of three arches argent much shown larger and very much lowered, a base wavy bary wavy argent and azure, a natural eagle or shown larger and much higher, a lightning bolt or fesswise, a comet or fesswise in chief shown much smaller (which is for Bernadotte).

Notes
Some licence taken with the arms of the House of Bernadotte for simplicity's sake: a simple bridge with three arches instead of a bridge with two towers, a lightning bolt fesswise because I couldn't get the thunderbolt to be displayed fesswise, a comet instead of the Great Dipper, because I couldn't be bothered.
