The capital town of the Brancalonian Empire, in the center of the imperial district of Carolingia. An outstanting gothic city built on the shores of the Selbe river by the first emperor Charles the Great, since then represents the elective Imperial residence and burial place. His CoA carries on the red background of the imperial district the Carolingian cross and enquarted with the three lions, the proper emblem of the town. The shield, as a sign of the dignity of Capital not only of the Reitermark but of the entire Empire, is the only one charged with the three historical crowns: Reitermark (dexter), Lafrance (sinister) and Empire (center); and is supported by the animal emblem of the Carolingian dinasty and of the reigning Emperor, the Dragon.
