The Wiphala is an ancient emblem of the aymara people, commonly used as a flag to represent various native peoples of the Andes that include today's Peru, Bolivia, and parts of Ecuador, Argentina, Chile and Colombia. The Bolivian Constitution of 2009 included it as a symbol of the bolivian State.
