Another country hit by Irma is the Turks and Caicos Islands
Being a former British colony, this is another case of British heraldry.
I couldn't find a good image of the full achievement, but here are the main arms.
Or, a conch shell in dexter chief, a lobster in sinister chief, and a cactus in base, all Proper.
