The arms of House Orme, a noble house of the Reach. "The Ormes trace their ancestry back to Andal adventurers given lands and wives by the Three Sage Kings of House Gardener during the coming of the Andals to the Reach. Members of House Orme may have served in the Night's Watch, as shields displaying harps had adorned the Shieldhall walls at Castle Black, according to Jon Snow."
