The Natural World

Several natural phenomena are sometimes represented as charges. These include:

Cloud, comet, flint stone, moon, rainbow, lightning bolt, snowflake, star, sun, sunburst, stone, whirlpool

The whirlpool is more properly known as a gorge and is a special charge that covers the whole of the field.

The moon may be full, increscent, decrescent.

There is also a thunderbolt, which may be shafted and winged of a different tincture.

The ford is an ordinary that represents a natural object.
